Refund Policy
Refunds are not a 100% guarantee to any customer and will be issued on a case-by-case basis. A non-refundable deposit of 50% will be due 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the pickup/delivery of products. In the case of Made by Madeline Elizabeth being unable to complete the order due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances, the deposit will be refunded. If cash is being used to pay the remainder of the quoted price upon pickup/ delivery, please bring close to or exact change if possible! Otherwise, full payment is due 7 days prior to pickup/delivery. It is the responsibility of the Customer to check the state of the product before leaving the premises. Once the item has left the premises, the customer is responsible for ensuring that products get to the destination safely and are stored as per our instructions to achieve best results for taste and quality. If a third party is involved in the pickup/delivery a waiver will be signed stating that the product was in good condition prior to leaving the possession of the company (Made by Madeline Elizabeth). Once the third party has picked up the items in good condition, Made by Madeline Elizabeth is no longer liable to damages and it is up to the owner whether the company can fix it prior to an event etc. for an additional fee.
